Ollie On The Box:
Who Am I?

(The Rise of an ADHD'er)

ollieimagehello

I'm Ollie, and I've learned to "survive and thrive" with Severe ADHD.

Throughout my entire life, I’ve always known something was “wrong” with me, but I could never quite put my finger on it. The older I got, the more the symptoms started to show and the more I felt the impact on my life. It wasn’t until my 20’s that I was eventually diagnosed with Severe ADHD.

I was also diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis. However, I decided that I wasn’t going to let them beat me. I struggled for years in my relationship, my career, my finances until I’d finally had enough. I devoted my time to learning how succeed in all walks of life while navigating these condtions.

Real Talk

I write about ADHD life as it really is. Completely messy, purely chaotic and definitely not a "superpower" as many claim. No toxic positivity or miracle cures, but rather honest experiences and stuff that might actually help.

Been There, Done That

And got the damn T-shirt. I'm not a cheesy guru who heard the term ADHD thrown around and decided to preach to the world about it. I live with Severe ADHD every day and I share what I've learned through trial, error and mistakes.

Practical Strategies

Every post I put out includes real, actionable advice you can use or try out in your own situations. There won't be any vague "just try harder" or "see a therapist" crap. This is specific strategies that work with ADHD brains and not against them.

What This Blog Is About:

Creating a space and community where people with ADHD can find honest, practical advice without the usual inspirational nonsense. Real advice based on experiences from someone who completely understands the daily struggle.

Why I Write This Content:

To help other ADHD brains feel less alone and more equipped to handle the chaos. If even just one person reads this and thinks “finally, someone gets it,” then it’s totally worth it.
